Heritage Hosts
We are delighted to have received funding from the South Leamington Community Forum for the first stage of our festival volunteers programme, Heritage Hosts, enabling residents of South Leamington to help organise and run the festival.
South Leamington residents are invited to an introductory workshop on Thurs
There will be opportunities for volunteers to:
o deliver and/or steward events
o develop festival policies
o market and promote events
o liaise with event venues
o review events for the media
o record and photograph events
If you live south of the river in Leamington and would like to be involved, contact Jenny (jennystjohn1@gmail.com or phone 01926 774373) and/or come along to the introductory workshop on Thursday 24 November.
NB We are planning to involve North Leamington residents later in the year and would be happy to hear from those living north of the river too.
